Once you have placed your order on our shop, we will be in contact to discuss sending us your inclusion for you beautiful keepsake.
If you see something you like in our shop GREAT, but if not please contact us for further options as there are just to many to list!
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be absolutely stunned with your Memorial Jewellery. However, as each piece is custom made we cannot offer a return unless:
the product does not match the order, ie wrong colour or wrong setting
the product is faulty
If the product(s) delivered does not match your order please contact us via email at resiniquebyfliss@gmail.com outlining the problem and we will arrange to return of the item. Please remember to tell us the name your order was placed under.
If the item has an issue relating to the quality of the product such as a manufacturing fault, then a photograph as well as description of the problem should be emailed through to us so we can assess further.
If an order has been placed by the customer a refund will not be offered on cancellation as the jewellery is custom-made using the ashes, fur, hair or breast milk supplied by the customer.
